I had been suffering from a fistula since March, and it was affecting my daily life. I was in pain, felt uncomfortable most of the time, and even simple activities became difficult.
While searching online for a solution, I came across Dr. Ravindra Kumar.(piles to smile),I visited him, and after two or three consultations, he carefully examined my condition and confirmed that I had an anal fistula.
He explained the different treatment options available, and one of them was Ksharsutra Treatment. He told me that this treatment has a very high success rate, a very low chance of recurrence, and almost no major side effects. Since I wanted a permanent solution, I decided to go ahead with the Ksharsutra treatment.
Once the treatment started, I found out that my fistula tract was 13.5 cm long, which was quite extensive. Because of its length, my doctor estimated that the treatment would take around 13 weeks. It sounded like a long journey, but I trusted the process because the goal was to completely eliminate the fistula from its root.
The first two to three weeks were the most painful. There was discomfort and pain, but it was manageable with pain medication and the doctor's guidance. From the fourth week onward, I was able to return to my office. There was still some discomfort, but it was manageable, and I gradually adapted to it.
Every week, the Ksharsutra thread was changed, and with each change, the fistula continued to heal. Finally, during the 13th week, after my last thread change, the thread came out on its own within one or two days. That was the moment I knew the treatment had been completed successfully.
Today, I am completely pain-free. I have returned to my normal life. I go to the gym, exercise regularly, work without any problems, and enjoy all my daily activities just like before.
